This warm military jacket for women can maintain an elegant figure, allowing you to take beautiful photos wherever you go.
Made to Last - Made from twill cotton, this ladies' casual winter jacket won't easily wear out, tear, or pill. In order to prolong the service life, our sherpa lined overcoats need to be washed by hand or gently machine washed and dry cleaned separately.
When I purchased the coat I was apprehensive because I had a bad experience with one similar, but I bought it anyway and hoped for the best.I was extremely happy and satisfied. It looks just like the photo. It comes down to right below your butt which is very ideal especially in New York winters. It's warm enough that even if you don't wear a sweater or a hoody under it you will still be warm, and the sleeves are long enough that you don't have to worry about your wrist being exposed. It also wears well. It'll be my third winter with this coat, and besides my unfortunate fate with the zipper always seeming to split from the bottom seam, it has held up very well. Oh, and as I gain and lose weight it still looks good which is extremely important for those of us who have that concern.I'm glad I didn't allow my past experience to influence not making this purchase.Wonderfully warm sturdy winter coat well made. My only complaint for me the wool is a little bit itchy on the inside but if I'm wearing long sleeves underneath it it doesn't matter. Worth the money. Got me through a Midwestern winter.Very fuffy and stuff. ReturnedNice quality but I didn't like the material stiffness and the fit was offCoat is cozy warm inside don't need extra sweater. It's a bit heavy feels that's why for me can't weather sweaters as it will keep me warm enough...I was pleasantly surprised with how well this jacket fit. I was a little hesitant to buy a coat without trying it on first, but I think it worked out really well. The coat is definitely a little thicker than I was expecting. From the pictures I had thought it would be a little thicker than a peacoat. But it is definitely a heavy winter coat and it is very warm, which is what I was looking for. I think according to the size chart I would have fit into a Small but I ended up getting a Medium because I am a DDD and I have broad shoulders. I think that a Small would have been a little snug around the chest. So I would recommend getting a the larger size if you have a big chest. The chest is roomy but not too roomy. And the waist is adjustable, there is a little drawstring. The only complaint that I have is that the jacket hits in a weird place. It hits at about mid thigh on me. But that might be because I am shorter. It sort of covers my butt, but not completely. So if it is windy there is a little breeze down there. Overall I am very happy with my jacket.I really love this coat! I live in NJ and it can get chilly, but I "mainly" bought it because we vacation in northern Maine in late fall in an off-grid cabin, and it can get super cold up there. This coat kept me warm and toasty the whole time. I'm 5'7", 135lbs with a 34"EEE bust and the medium fit perfectly. It's very flattering because you can adjust the waist size. The pockets are great. I'm that person who is normally chilly if it's under 70 degrees, but this coat is amazingly warm and easy to move around in. Shoveled snow today for 2 hours in single digit weather and was super warm and dry.I honestly just purchased this coat today again in black (originally purchased khaki and love!) I told my husband that I wanted one in every color!EDITED: after having this for a few days, just edited to say I'm definitely sticking with the 10; as it seems like a couple of layers underneath (a shirt and a sweater) just fit, and I don't know that a sweater would fit under an 8.Based on reviews I read, I got the size 10 jacket. (I'm 5'2, around 120 lbs, and wear a 34E). I may exchange for an 8, but the 10 is definitely doable, and would allow for layering over a big sweater.First impressions: heavyweight, warm, stylish, much higher quality than I expected. Pretty happy about those things, especially as I was concerned about buying a jacket without trying it on from a brand I don't recognize, and half expected it to be either made really poorly, too small in the chest or hips (where I carry most of my weight), or to smell funny (I've had these experiences before.)The arms ARE a little long (I don't mind at all, because I can keep my hands warmer that way). I'm sadder that the inner knit cuffs, a feature I love in coats, are for much bigger wrists than I have. They slide right over my fists, so, they won't really work for the purpose of sealing in heat at the wrist. That's part of the reason I'd like to try the size 8. Still, it's a bit nitpicky, and maybe if I wore really thick gloves, they'd go over those.I think the zipper is on the "wrong" side for women, but that's not a criticism so much as an quirky observation.Pros:Warm and heavyweight. (I love the fleecy interior, and the arms seem to be well padded, has those knit inner cuffs, and it has those side hand-warming pockets in addition to the regular snap pockets.)Well-made. (At least like it's not going to fall apart in a couple of months if I treat it well.)Definitely not too small.StylishCons:Actually a little bigger than expected in some respects:the jacket is thick with insulation and big enough at this size to allow layering, so it may not be as flattering as a jacket that was closer-cut,cuffs could be a little tighter for wrists, arms are pretty long,But again, these aren't terrible things in my view, and could have some advantages.I am really much happier with this coat than I expected, and will either keep the 10 or exchange for an 8 (again, edited a couple of days later to say I'm definitely keeping the 10!)Very warm! A little bulky, but worth it for how toasty your going to be. Hood could be deeper, and is a little tight if you want to button it up, hence the 4 stars. Great buy for the price.it's a nice jacket but I personally do not like the fabric. everything sticks to it. If you have cats or a dog that sheds your in trouble. this fabric is a magnet. as I removed it from packaging I knew right away it wouldn't work for me cause there was already stuff stuck to, (fluff). and it's is not easy to get off. also there is hardly any lining in the arms of the jacket. Don't understand how this would be warm in a Canadian winter. I would say this jacket is more for fall going into beginning of winter. and it's is not long. I'm 5.4 and it hit the bottom of my butt. I was looking for 3/4 length but that is my fault for on double checking. If your looking for a winter jacket for -10- to -20+ Celsius this is not it. I'm returning mine.I ordered this jacket thinking it would be really nice for winter. I picked the xl as it was the largest size available but it's still small for me. My mistake was ordering a jacket that was made by a Chinese company. The jacket fit more like a lg than an xl. I'm angry cause I really needed a coat & I thought this would fit. Even if I order clothing/outerwear from the States, I know the sizes aren't that far off from the Canadian sizes but overseas is a different thing. It's like you have to order something at least 2 sizes bigger than what you normally wear in order for the fit to be right. I would've had to order a 2x for the fit to be like an xl. I now need to search for another jacket, it's getting colder & things take time to ship ?This one really wasn't what I was expecting. It fit me but it wasn't as long as it looks in the picture. It's hard to buy clothes online especially when you're an xl. A lot of clothing looks a bit different in an xl. I knew it would be a risk but it was free returns so the risk wasn't that great. The quality was great though. I love the style and in a small, medium or large is would look great. The problem is me really...fat girl problems.I ordered a XL just in case it would arrive a bit small. It is true to size.I dont wear long sleeve tops and this jacket kept me warm.I live In ab,canada and believe the jacket will keep me warm throughout the winterI’m sure this coat would have kept me warm in these Canadian winters (Ontario), however the material wasn’t what I was expecting. The Sherpa lining is very warm. I had better hopes for the cotton I guess. It also fit bulky and was not very long. The longest measurement given I think is only from the back of the coat, the rest is shorter. I’ve already sent it back the day I received it.
