The color is perfection and the fox (checked it's real) fur trim is opulence. I deducted one and a half stars because of the material of the outer coat. It is NOT shearling. Shearling is lambskin tanned with freshly sheared wool still on it. This is possibly wool stitched into a polyester lining. The texture is terrible, like a carpet or something with clumps of it bunched up together. It looks like an old teddybear jacket that's all pilled up. So instead of the chic shearling portrayed I've got a carpet looking thing. the last half star I deducted is because the second snap does not stay snapped. I was able to improve on the texture a bit but it took hours of combing. Ok enough about the bad. The fox fur hood made it worth keeping despite the faux shearling mess. Also the cut and sizing is incredible. It's the perfect length. I got a large. I have massive rock climber arms and shoulders, typically if something has sleeves I"m looking at 12-16 and then tailoring down the rest of it. Coats are often straightjackets on me. This one gave me a full range of motion and somehow was still flattering. Complete magic with the cut. There are so many REALLY good things about this coat despite the massively disappointing fabric. I'm not returning it but if they ever want to make one in a real shearling I would be on that so quick. This is the (almost) perfect dress it up or down classy multi-purpose coat.Nice but not for me. This is the cheapest shearling coat I found, and now I know why. The shearling is completely uneven all over and looks so patchy. This coat is unwearable. I specifically wanted a genuine coat, but this looks way worse than any faux ones. It fits ok and great style, if it weren’t for the unevenness of the fur, it would be great.Great purchase, never thought I would buy a coat on-line. If you wear a size 10 get the small.
